Subscription policy

Subscription

The subscription is monthly and paid in advance. There is no minimum term beyond one month and no build fee. All prices are in euro and include VAT.

Payment

• The first month is paid by card when you subscribe.
• Each following month is charged 7 days before it starts. We send you a reminder by email.
• If a payment fails, your card is retried. If payment still hasn't gone through by the start of the new month, the website is taken offline until it's paid.

Building your website

We contact you the same or next working day. Our target is to have your website live within 14 days of your first payment. Time spent waiting for your materials or approval doesn't count. If we don't receive materials by the agreed date, we use professional stock images and text.

Changes

• 2 changes are included every month once your website is published.
• One change is one text change or one image change.
• Unused changes don't carry over.
• Larger changes receive a quote and an invoice. Work starts once the invoice is paid.

Domain

One domain with any extension costing up to €30 is included. The domain is registered in the name of iskamsait.bg and isn't transferred after cancellation. You can also use your own domain, which stays yours.

Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel at any time from your account.
• Your website stays online until the end of the paid month, then it's taken offline.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and your website hasn't been published yet, we refund the full amount.
• No refund is given once the website is published.
• Data is kept for 3 months after the website is taken offline, then deleted. Website exports are not provided.

Changing plans

Plans can't be upgraded or downgraded. If you also need an online store or business system, add a new subscription on the same account.
