There's no build fee. You only pay the first month of your subscription when you sign up.

No. Hosting and an SSL certificate are included in the monthly price.

Yes. We register one domain with any extension costing up to €30. The domain is registered in our name.

Yes. If you already have a domain, we connect your website to it.

Our target is within 14 days of your first payment. Time spent waiting for your materials or approval doesn't count.

We contact you the same or next working day, collect the information about your business and start building. You follow progress in the customer portal.

Yes. Submit a request from your portal. Two changes a month are included once your website is published.

One text change or one image change. Larger changes (a new section, a redesign, new functionality) are quoted separately.

We send you a quote and an invoice for the extra work, and start once the invoice is paid. Unused changes don't carry over to the next month.

Plans can't be upgraded or downgraded. If you also want an online store or business system, add a new subscription on the same account.

Yes, at any time from your account. Your website stays online until the end of the paid month. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and your website hasn't been published yet, we refund the full amount.

At the end of the paid month the website is taken offline. Data is kept for 90 days and then deleted. Website exports are not provided.

Domains we register remain ours and aren't transferred after cancellation. If you use your own domain, it stays yours. The website is part of the service and isn't exported.

For business systems and custom development we send an individual quote. Enterprise pricing starts at €199/month.

Each month is charged 7 days before it starts, and your card is retried during those days. If payment still hasn't gone through when the month starts, the website is taken offline until it's paid.
