How billing works
The first month is paid when you subscribe. Each following month is charged 7 days before it starts. You can cancel at any time — your website stays online until the end of the paid month.
If you change your mind
Full refund within 14 days of your first payment if your website hasn't been published yet. No refund after it's published.
Is there any upfront payment?
There's no build fee. You only pay the first month of your subscription when you sign up.
What if I need more than two changes?
We send you a quote and an invoice for the extra work, and start once the invoice is paid. Unused changes don't carry over to the next month.
Can I change my subscription?
Plans can't be upgraded or downgraded. If you also want an online store or business system, add a new subscription on the same account.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account. Your website stays online until the end of the paid month. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and your website hasn't been published yet, we refund the full amount.
What if a payment fails?
Each month is charged 7 days before it starts, and your card is retried during those days. If payment still hasn't gone through when the month starts, the website is taken offline until it's paid.
